Gary Cartwright is the president and founder of Coastal Exterior Services, Inc., one of the most well-known and prolific construction companies in the restoration industry.
Gary began his career, as a teenager in South Florida, in construction working on high rise properties, hospitalities and historic sites. During this time, he witnessed the demand for restoration services in the commercial construction industry. Gary knew he could establish a company that could excel on the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. Before starting his own company, he worked on numerous construction projects in the industry where he gained experience in project coordination, estimating, and drafting and design. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired in his professional career, he established Coastal Exterior Services in 1998. Since then, the company has continued to grow and evolve into one of the best restoration service companies in the country.
The mark of Coastal Exterior Services can be seen across America. With business partners from Hilton, Marriott, and numerous large condomiunium complexes, Coastal Exterior Services offers their clients a business partner who will facilitate the entire construction process. Including pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and production schedules, management of subcontractors and government entities and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective schedule as possible.
CHRIS CARTWRIGHT Chris Cartwright is the Executive Vice President and Operations Manager of Coastal Exterior Services, Inc.
Chris oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with Coastal Exterior Services are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry. Chris began his career in construction at the age of 14 when he began learning the basics of pressure washing and painting. At 22, after he graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration he came back to the family business and from there rose through the ranks to general superintendent before he joined as a business partner of Coastal Exterior Services in 2006.
Since then, Chris has been involved with developing and managing project coordination of crews, materials and equipment. With over 20 years of construction experience in restoration projects, including 10 as a Superintendent, Chris brings Coastal Exterior Services a vast amount of experience in development and implementation of projects on large, multi-phased commercial and hospitality projects.
